Hleb je uspeo iz prve mada kod mene je to drugo cekanje da testo naraste mnogo krace. Posle prvih 24h kada dodam 3 solje integralnog brašna i vodu i ostale sastojke, ostavljam smesu da stoji 3 do 4 sata max. Onda prespem u pekac i odmah pecem. Hleb isto naraste, ima baloncice, ne drobi se itd. Probao sam da cekam i drugi put 24h ali mi je ispao prekiseo (bar za moj ukus). U svakom slučaju, hvala za ovaj jedinstven recept, vec godinama spremam ovaj hleb po ovom receptu! Na zalost, nisam pametna sto Vam savjetovati, nisam probala kvas raditi od drugog brasna. Dosta je komplicirano hraniti se bez glutena. Mislim da bi onda samo morali mjesiti kruscic koji je u stvari pogaca, tj. bez dodatka kvasca sa malo sode bikarbone (bez aluminija). Ili neke tortilje bez kvasca od kukuruza, heljde, kinoe, amarata...
